Forever 21 Maxi Dress l H&M Neon Neckalce l LA Fashion District Neon Satchel l Target Neon Sneakers l Tiffany & Co Silver Bracelet l Vintage Bracelets

Last weekend I took a mini vacation two hours away to the big city of Orlando, Florida. My boyfriend and I stayed at the Loews Royal Pacific Resort in Universal Studios, and it was quite the hotel. From the late night room service, to the amazing breakfast buffet, it will defiantly be a resort I would recommend to anyone who loves being treated like royalty. Although the car ride up there is pretty short, I decided this dress would be the perfect passenger seat attire. I have a growing obsession for maxi dresses and even skirts, so keep your eyes peeled for many more posts with them to come.

Mix N' Match

Brandy Melville Denim Bustier l SaboSkirt Lace Shorts l Brandy Melville Bracelets l Vintage Bracelets

One of my favorite things about this picture is not only focused on the amazing scenery of Hollywood, California, but it was one of those days were I felt as if I never wanted to change outfits again. I paired this adorable denim bustier with the amazing vintage inspired lace shorts. I kept it simple with jewelry because I felt as if the outfit itself was more than enough. As for the background behind me...Breathtaking.

Oversized Stripes

Forever 21 Lace Crop Top l BDG via Urban Outfitters Denim Shorts l Vintage Sunnies l Brandy Melville Bustier

I threw on this outfit unexpectedly and in the middle of rushing out of my house, but I made sure to spare a minute or two to snap a few pictures. The lace detailing of this top caught my eye the first time I saw it at Forever21, and the shorts did not hesitate my thoughts at all. BDG is a lovely brand and although their jeans do not give me a justice, I fell in love with these coral striped shorts. Leaving an outfit simple sometimes is better than over wearing excessive amounts of arm candy or big bulky necklaces. I think this outfit is a prime example!

LA Thrifted Spiked Loafers

Not only does being back in Florida now for the past two weeks make me miss California more and more everyday, but I have noticed that the back rounds of all my blog post were so much more interesting there than they are here. For instance, this was taken outside on my patio in between a grill and a window. Not exactly the look I'm going for but sometimes you have to work with the bare minimums.

However living in the Sunshine state there are many beautiful places to capture a memory or simply an outfit of the day, so I guess that will just have to mean that my nearly 30 pound EOS Canon Digital camera will now be BFF's with my oversized purse.

Malibu

Zara Spike Tank l Sabo Skirt Vintage Lace Shorts l Brandy Melville Rings (Right) l Vintage Rings (Left) l Brandy Melville Bracelets/Bangle

The day we spent in Malibu was truly the day I began to understand why everyone deeply loves California. Between the mountains, the ocean, and the heat of the sand in between your toes is enough for me to live the rest of my life happily ever after. I choose this awesome spiked Zara tank and my super comfy Sabo Skirt vintage lace shorts and my white lace Toms to prepare myself for the  hikes to and from the Mountains and the beaches. If you have not been to Malibu, add that to your bucket list because once again, it is just a sight you cannot miss seeing.

Roller Derby

Brandy Melville Open Sleeve Tank l Brandy Melville Yellow Shorts l LSpace Fringe Bikini Top Vintage Sunnies

On our last day in California, my boyfriend and I decided to rent something we could explore the different cities with, and to avoid LA traffic in all ways possible. As you can tell, I rented rollerblades while he rented a bike and it was TONS of fun! Not only was it super cheap, but it allowed us to see so many different things that you can not see from the inside of a car. The mountains from the Valleys, and the scenery from both Santa Monica and Venice Beach were picture perfect the entire way along the mile(s) long bike path.

Neon Graffiti

Venice Beach was one of the more unique and indifferent cities in which we visited in California. I could not help but admire this unique graffiti wall, which opened like garage doors in the day time to reveal yet another strange boutique. But it is places like this that offer the most unique and one off items that no one else in the world will ever own. You better believe I came home with a quite a few unique items and pieces, well that I just can not share. LOL!

Stay tuned for more photos of my awesome week vacation in Los Angeles California!
